I can confirm that starvation doesn't occur, although... I'm unsure if my case is unique, since I never needed to eat to begin with.
It may be worth noting that multiple instances of the same "user" have occurred at the same time in the case of a "Luke fon Fabre". As of this month, we've also had a case of an individual being removed from the system and rendered again.

Also...points can be used to immediately repair the effects of an individual, unique glitch. I'm uncertain why these points are a significant enough prompt to make the system maintainers act with any efficiency, but it's worth knowing in the event of intolerable conditions.
